What is the current replacement for DocLister (Ditto) and DLMenu (Wayfinder)?

As mentioned in the title, I can’t work out which EVO Extras to use at the moment, as the ones listed are marked as ‘Legacy’. In the official Documentation (Site Building -> Content modeling) theres still an example with DocLister. Also therers no fully functional example website when you install a new instance of evolution-cms. This makes it really hard for people who've only used EVO CMS 1.4 or even someone whos completely new to this CMS.
