[Bug]: Models duplicated in UI

Steps to reproduce

1. Start two services, each with model set.
2. Wait until the services are running.

   $ dstack ps
    NAME           BACKEND          GPU  PRICE           STATUS   SUBMITTED  
    other-service  aws (us-east-2)  -    $0.0005 (spot)  running  3 mins ago 
    my-service     aws (us-east-2)  -    $0.0005 (spot)  running  4 mins ago

3. Open the Models page in UI.

Actual behaviour

One of the models is shown twice.

Expected behaviour

Each model is shown exactly once.
