From 8ccdb630e279b037b4213a826aec3abe6211009d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: No0ne558 Date: Fri, 30 Oct 2026 12:57:05 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Version 0.12: past tax that stays right, price tags, smoother busy nights MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit What's in it (the manual's What's new in 0.12): - Each check keeps the tax rates it closed with: reports over past weeks and months, the dashboard and refunds show the tax charged, after the rates change too. - Retail: Price Tags… with barcodes; Track stock's Order up to (on the Stock report's order list); the item list's Stock column and Low Stock; stock, cost and SKU from a spreadsheet (Update stock and cost), renamed items found by their barcode; Undo for stock settings. - Smoother when busy: the kitchen screen redraws only what changed; a sold-out mark no longer refreshes every manager screen; the standby's copy is made without freezing the main register; a quicker start for a store with years of time punches. - The home screen fits a 1280 x 800 screen. - Compiler warnings on ViewTouch's own code (it builds without one).
